On the 14th March MotoGP Unlimited, an eight-part, behind the scenes documentary will be launched on Amazon Prime. The official trailer (below) was released last week and wow? MotoGP Unlimited is shaping up to be seriously epic.

If you know where to look, there are a few really good MotoGP documentaries, dotted about here and there. More recently though, the rise of online video streaming platforms like Netflix and Amazon Prime has seen Formula One and football fans treated to behind the scenes, fly-on-the-wall style documentaries (Drive to Survive and All or Nothing, respectively) with seriously high production values; it?s the kind of TV you can make when you?ve got a bit of Netflix et al budget behind you.
But now it?s our turn. On the 14th March (2022) MotoGP Unlimited will premiere on Amazon Prime. There?ll be eight 50 minute episodes following Quartararo, Rossi, Marquez, Bagnaia, Zarco, Viñales, and Mir, as well as their managers, team bosses and engineers as they fight for the 2021 MotoGP World Championship. Most of us know what the end result of the 2021 championship was, but there?s a lot more that goes into winning a world championship than 40 minutes of fast riding every other weekend. Being part of a MotoGP team is a full time job, and the hard work doesn?t stop when the chequered flag comes out.
