Many American Flat Track Privateer and Pro Racers Gravitate to Indian’s FTR750 for 2018
Preparations for the 2018 American Flat Track season are in full swing for many privateer and pro teams as the season opener in Daytona is less than two months away. It’s no doubt that the Indian FTR750 proved itself to be dominant in last year’s series, winning 14 of 18 races and accounting for 37 of the available 54 podium spots. Privateer racers like three-time Grand National Champion Kenny Coolbeth, and many others, are making the move to race the Scout FTR750 in hopes of not only having a competitive edge, but also taking home a piece of the $350,000+ contingency pie that Indian is offering. This year’s American Flat Track series ought to provide some of the most exciting motorcycle racing to date.

In the racing world, racers gravitate toward machinery that proves itself in the crucible of competition. So it?s no surprise to hear that as many as six American Flat Track privateer competitors in 2018 are planning to ride Indian?s dominant Scout FTR750.
