This baby will be auctioned off at  the seventh annual True American Heroes Benefit Dinner and Auction, part of  The Quail Motorcycle Gathering on the weekend of May 5-6, 2018 in Carmel, California.

Sneak Preview Of KR-Customized Yamaha XSR700 That Kenny Roberts Is Building For True American Heroes Benefit Auction
Modesto, CA ? April 10, 2018 ? Kenny Roberts has just released an artist?s conception of the KR-Customized Yamaha XSR700 that he and his expert crew are building. The bike, which is being customized to closely resemble Kenny?s famous TZ750 flat-tracker (the machine on which he famously won the 1975 Indy Mile), will be the showcase item up for bids at the True American Heroes Benefit Auction.
  Interesting no" The XSR uses an FZ, now MT-07 parallel Twin, but KR’s concept says TZ with the use of “expansion chambers,” bumblebee paint and other dirt track accouterments.
The Auction takes place on Saturday night, May 5, immediately following the Seventh Annual True American Heroes Benefit Dinner, which begins at 6 PM at the Quail Lodge & Golf Club in Carmel, California.
Along with the one-of-a kind, KR-Customized Yamaha XSR700 up for bids, the Auction will also include Team Roberts memorabilia, other signed racing-related items, bronze statues, paintings, and other motorsports merchandise.
