Enel Announced as Title Sponsor for FIM MotoE Electric Racing World Cup
Enel, the Italian multinational manufacturer and distributor of electricity and gas, has been announced as the title sponsor for the FIM MotoE electric motorcycle racing World Cup. Enel will provide smart charging technology, advanced energy services and green energy to power the world?s first fully-electric motorcycle racing series which is set to kick off in 2019.

February 6, 2018 – Enel will be the title sponsor of the upcoming FIM MotoE World Cup, the world?s first fully electric motorcycle circuit racing series recognised by the Federation, naming the series the FIM Enel MotoE World Cup from its inception in 2019. The company has also announced its new role as Sustainable Power Partner of MotoGP, sharing a common vision with Dorna, the racing event?s commercial rights holder, which targets the sport?s long-term commitment to sustainability. The announcement was made at an event held today at Officine Farneto in Rome.
The new MotoE World Cup will be a leap into the future through the competition of the world?s first Fast Charge electric motorcycles manufactured by Italian company Energica, bringing together performance and zero emissions.
