While these two motorcycles differ in key ways to suit particular terrain, their heart is the same. They?re powered by an 11-kW Rotax motor and an 8.9-kWh battery. The motor has a claimed output of 47 hp and 53 lb-ft of torque, claimed to get from 0-60 mph in as little as 3.8 seconds and deliver a top speed of 80 mph. The liquid-cooling system cools the battery, inverter, on-board charger, and motor and is said to limit battery degradation over time and optimize range and charge time compared to an air-cooled battery.
