2021 Ural Gear Up Geo Limited Edition Announced
Ural has announced its latest special edition sidecar motorcycle, the 2021 Ural Gear Up GEO LE. In recent years, the Russia-based manufacturer has created a tradition of releasing a uniquely themed Gear Up model every year. Limited to 20 units globally, the Gear Up Geo is equipped with off-road upgrades to tame the trail and features a hand-painted geometric camouflage color scheme for $26,999.
Using the Ural Gear Up with its unmistakable 2WD-on-demand sidecar as its base, the GEO features all of the standard Ural accouterments like the 749cc boxer-twin engine (equipped with reverse gear), ample 5-gallon fuel tank and impressive 1,325-pound max permissible weight ? capable of comfortably lugging camping gear, provisions, people and more on your journey.
The limited-edition GEO kicks things up a notch with a laundry list of upgrades to make life on the trail easier. To that end, adjustable Nitron shocks, knobby Heidenau K 37 tires, a GPR high-pipe exhaust (for off-road use only) and a RotopaX spare-fuel container cement its adventurous aspirations. Other helpful additions include improved protection like hand guards, a headlight grill, light protectors, a sidecar nose rack and bumper, a heavy-dusty spare-wheel luggage rack and a skid plate. Lastly, comfort is extended to the pilot with a tall windscreen, enduro seat, dual USB power outlets, a 12V adapter and a RAM ball mount for navigation devices.
